We are a third generation family business, established in 1970 on our farm, specializing in aging NY Cheddar. Our Cheddar ranges in age from 1 year to 20 years old. When you visit our store located in the beautiful countryside of Central New York, you will find we carry a variety of cheese, both local and imported. In addition we carry local meats, honey, mustard, maple syrup, jam/jelly and much more. If a visit to our store is impossible. Just give us a call. We also ship all over the country!
