“Wow - this how carpet shopping should be. From the beginning of the process Nicholas was nothing but helpful and communicative. He made this process stress free and walked us through everything. He kept in contact with me at all steps of the process. We had a date that the carpet needed to be installed by and we are two weeks before that date. With the carpet arriving even a couple weeks ago. Don't waste your time going any other carpet stores like I did and having them change the price numerous times and mismeasure to add cost to you (CCC). Give Nicholas a call and he will take care of you from start to finish. Truly an honest and caring individual. We also had a great experience with our installer Steve who did an amazing job installing the carpet. i would give more than 5 Stars if I could. Trust me this is your one stop shop for flooring.”

“Kenny Carpets was recommended to us for a living room carpet tear-out and new carpet installation. Gene was great to work with! I also stopped in at the Amherst location to look at a few different samples and the sales staff was friendly and accommodating. I was able to take home a book of carpet samples which was very helpful in our decision-making process. Kenny Carpets was able to work around my schedule and was able to accommodate a morning installation. I received a phone call the day before, and day of confirming my install date/time and notifying me of their upcoming arrival. The installers were efficient, pleasant, and tidy. I appreciate all of the employees at Kenny and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family :)”

I also had my carpet ripped out and I did not want to pay extra for the haul away because they have contracted installers that require of full clean after removing carpet.
