“If you miss the days of true customer service and an honest business, go see this guy. Sorry to say, I didn’t get his name, but I have been all over the area, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Schwing, looking for a particular gauge aluminum wire.Ace tried to help and sold me one part, but didn’t have the wire. Home Depot had an electrician who couldn’t even tell me what I needed. Said he didn’t work on lawn mowers.Schwing referred me to this guy. They only deal in bulk and didn’t think they had what I needed. In their defense, they did refer me.Please give Micro your business. He deserves it. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. I wish him much success and I will tell anyone who will listen.”

“After about 10 minutes of wondering around aimlessly clearly searching for a specific item, I was about to leave a one star review and then a lovely woman assisted me and her name is Kait. She not only told me the location of the product I was looking for, but then walked me over to make sure that they had it in stock. While I understand why certain employees may shy away, from a frustrated customer, there are still people that genuinely enjoy helping others and Kait is definitely the latter. THANK YOU, KAIT! Target needs more people like you and less people like the angry and entitled woman (that gave me bad intel that led me to my hero Kait) behind the pharmacy counter today at around 1:20 PM at your Farmingdale, NY location. Kait needs a raise and the pharmacy employees need to check their egos at the door. #bereasonable”

“I went into this 7-Eleven to purchase a new iPhone charger as mine as mysteriously vanished. After my purchase, I went to plug my phone in the car and discovered I grabbed the wrong type of charger! I returned back inside the 7-Eleven and explained what happened to the clerk who was kind enough to return the opened charger I mistakenly purchased and help me find the wire I was looking for. Although it costs more than I would've liked to spend on a charger and it is an ugly camouflage "color," I am more than pleased with my experience at this establishment.”

“Great place with very honest hardworking people. I come here every morning because I go to school across the street and one morning I had left my wallet in the store and couldn’t find it for days. The manager there went out of his way to find a number to call in my wallet which was my fire department and called them to let me know that he had my wallet. He went out of his way to get it back to me most places wouldn’t have even bothered to call anyone. Losing a wallet especially in a store can be nerve racking because you don’t know if you’ll have everything in your wallet when you get it back or if your even able to get it back at all. Everything was in my wallet including my money. I thank you guys for being so honest and for going out of your way, great people.”

“Gas is the same price- cash or credit...a welcome site on an Island filled with stations that charge an extra 10 cents per gallon if you use a credit card. Plenty of pumps and room to maneuver and it's never too crowded. The store is clean and the coffee is always good.”

“Store number 23862The most efficiently run store possibly in Nassau county!! Always stocked to the hilt!! The staff will go out of their way to answer questions and help when needed. Always clean,..they are constantly cleaning!! All perishable foods are clearly marked with expiration dates, and replaced daily!! Excellent inventory of many diverse items you would NOT expect from a convienience store!! Employees are friendly, honest and helpful always!! They make efficient use of every square foot!! “I just purchased a GE refigerator from the Bayside, NY, location and the salesman, Louis, and the delivery team (I wish I had asked their names) were excellent. Once purchased I received emails immediately from Louis with receipts and delivery times. The fridge was delivered in a few days and I received the fridge within the promised 3-hour delivery window. Both delivery men were very professional and careful negotiating the fridge up the 3rd floor walk up. Kudos to PC Richard for a great experince. I will be going back to this location in the futire.”
