They don't provide the paper receipt like UPS does,so I asked for it and the person said will text me but I didn't get it,and so I can't track my package cause I had no information.

Horrible service, even on the website said you don't need a printer, they don't accept it with the qr code.The lady was I don't know, I don't want you package, leave me alone attitude. I really want to give 0 If I have choice. Never go back again
