Five stars for the Team - friendly, excellent work ethic, clean, exact, and quick.One star for the food - it's a Subway, after all. If the concept doesn't change real quick, the franchise will disappear.

This subway is always on point. The best customer service on drum. They are always welcoming to everyone that walks in. Shari an Nick are awesome. They always have oatmeal cookies made and always fresh. Not all the subways have everything like this one.

The only subway on Fort Drum that always has all the cookies made at all times. Wish they were open later!
