“By far the best auto shop I’ve been too. I can’t even convey my thanks to how far of above and beyond they went to help me. Mr Chris, was always extremely attentive, to the point, and always looking for the best and seamless way to make the customers transition as simple as possible. From getting dropping of your car, to getting you into your rental and vice versa. I know it’s usually standard for your car to get clean but most places do a quick “barely there” clean and it almost makes no difference. But they make sure you feel good picking up your car. “This is a long overdue review, a couple years ago my car wouldn't start and I had it towed to Cathedral. As it turned out it was just a disconnected battery wire which they reconnected and explained to me how to fix if it happened again, didn't charge me a penny, AND filled up my tank with gas! Such honest service is almost unheard of these days, especially to a female - Cathedral Service Station has my loyalty for life and the only regret I have is not posting this review sooner, thanks Cathedral!!”

“Took our car to Pep Boys today for full synthetic oil change and NY State inspection. On Wednesdays they offer a $50 military discount on the synthetic oil change, which my wife qualifies for. almost a 50% discount.
We dropped the car off about 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment, then went across the street for pizza. After finishing our lunch we spent a little while shopping in the nearby supermarket, and at 2:12 we received a text that the car was ready - excellent service!”
