“I really like Five Below, except for when they play their music too loud. There are lots of great deals all year long, and their Five Above section is the same. Just a suggestion for the busy time of the year, i.e. holiday season, have enough people on staff, especially if the greeter is also managing the checkout area too. People entering the store, looking for help, can't get it if the greeter is tied up with a long line of customers at the "self checkout." I also wish they had a ship to store option. FYI: it would be a great way to get people in the store, too. I'd rather pick up in store and spend extra money during that visit than pay the expensive shipping for just a couple of online items.”

“I went there on my lunch and it was a little busy but I didn’t mind waiting at all because I had 30 minutes. But Nakita saw and she cashed me out even though she was stocking. It really made my day and I appreciated it a lot. She was super sweet as well!”

“So my bride was assisting in a bridal shower and decided to go out of her mind overbuying things for the shower and we had to return a number of items. With any place returns suck. She asked me to go with her and to my amazement it was actually a pleasant surprise. We were first greeted by someone who I didn’t catch her name but she deferred us to Georgia who I’m sure had no interest in dealing with us but assisted with nothing but pleasantries. You gave us the prerequisite that we may not be able to exchange all items due to them not all being available at this specific location and we understood. We found our new items to take place of the previously purchased and came to the register. This was 10 mins before closing time. The transaction was swift and the conversation was pleasant. This blew my mind and I will never hesitate to shop at this location. This speaks volumes for a lost art of customer service. Her performance should be commended. Thank you Georgia!”

They always have some freaking hilarious ones too, check them out! There's other great finds here too, seasonal decor, gifts, toys. “I love this store they have really nice stuff and great low prices and I really like this plaza the Titus ave plaza there’s so much to do I go here so frequently and this store is haunted it usto be bells grocery store and someone died here along time ago because toys go off by them selfs and carts start driving off by them selfs and I saw a Halloween decoration non stop playing music by themselves and a table cloth wouldn’t stop swinging by them selfs”

“Love, Love, Love this Big Lot's Location. I spent an hour in this store recently taking pictures of some of the inventory that i wanted to buy. The staff didn't care asked me if i needed help with anything. Just looking around. I did buy a soda and lemonade on my way out the door. Need to get back there and purchase a few things to add to my baby yoda collection before they no longer have them in stock.”

“I came to this location a year ago and had a creeper customer follow me around so I really had not felt safe coming back until recently. I attempted to go to the Hilton location but somehow I missed they closed. So I opted for this location since it's the closest near by. I am glad I did.The employees were very welcoming from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out. It's a clean dollar general with a little bit of everything inside. It is very on par for the locations down in tennesee where the company is headquartered. This time there wasn't any creeper customers so I will definitely be back”

“This location is always packed. Yet, the staff are always very cheerful and helpful in locating items. This store is usually pretty stocked as well, which is great when I came in a few days ago looking for a few items I could not find at other locations. It is usually pretty clean as well. “This store is clean but the shelves never stock and they have boxes sitting in the aisle and every employee be outside chilling instead of in the store and when you come in to shop then the employee wants to come in the store and walk behind you acting like they shopping to watch you I don't like that about that store if you got time to walk behind me watching me if I am going to steal you got time to stick your shelves and do some work in the store i Don't shop there anymore poor service”

“I can't lie, I just discovered this shop and I already love it! It's not for picky people, but if you're a handy person you'll definitely find tons of good stuff. I've got a king size mattress protector, 4 pieces sheet set, a king size blanket and 2 pillows for just $95. You can save lot of money just by passing by and do a good searching job. “I shop here often when I am in the neighborhood. The store isn't sparkling clean or anything, but when I go they are well-stocked (for the most part) and usually have what I need. The evening cashier that's there when I go in on Saturday nights is always nice to me and is friendly with all of his Customers. As a former cashier, I know it's a thankless job, and he is doing a wonderful job and keeps a positive attitude! :)”

“I went into this Dollar General last night 3/18/23 and I was so pleasantly surprised! In the past when we’ve gone in there you can barely get down any of the isles because there is so much merchandise that needed to be put away, clearly they were shorthanded and the manager didn’t care. The gentleman who was the manager was usually either just hiding in the back or outside having a cigarette. Last night there was a woman there working racing around putting things away and straightening up the shelves. I knew this newly organized store was all thanks to her. The gentleman manager was still at the front checking people out but I hope that she is the new manager because she has clearly turned the store around! Thank you for working hard to make our shopping experience better!”
