“While taking my heap to the dealer is a bit pricier than the local garage, we get what we pay for. My Renegade has been plagued with problems since I bought it from a different dealer…wish I went to Zappone from the beginning. The staff have been friendly and helpful, and able to deal with the many issues the jeep has had much more readily than other garages (jiffy lube won’t even service Renegades). Thanks again and I’m sure I’ll see you soon!”

“I purchased an excellent 2008 Forester from Warner’s in 2021. I live an hour away from Granville, but Warner’s reputation is so stellar I make the trip there to have them maintain the vehicle. I’ve never known a mechanic shop that’s provided outstanding customer service for 40 years. I’m typing this on the day of a snowstorm when Tim from Warner’s drove an hour in the tow truck to my residence to pick up my car and tow it back to the shop for repair. The staff, service and expertise of Warner’s is amazing, especially for Subarus. Their schedule books up fast, so make appointments ahead of time if you can. Thank you Warners.”

“my truck needed some serious body work. I had planned to visit several shops to see what they thought about the work. I went to see joe at slate valley first. he knew exactly what my truck needed, he priced out the entire job for me, he gave me a time frame for the work to be completed and told me when he could fit my truck in. I was so impressed by joe that I never went to visit any of the other shops. my truck has now been fixed and I can not recommend joe and slate valley enough! joe is truly an experienced professional and he is meticulous. he cares. it's not often that I meet someone with this level of integrity. I would not go anywhere else for body work.”

“I have used Doran Auto for the last few times my Checy Cruze (2019) broke down. Shane even went to Aldermans chevy to fix a repair for me, since Aldermans, in my opinion are expensive and don't stand by there repairs. Shane, the owner has done house calls for me as well when the tow was going to be too much for me to tow to his shop.I've sent customers of mine to his shop to buy a car, they came back to me and told me they were very pleased. I recommend Shane and his staff!”
