“Honest, reliable, quick - we could not have had a better experience! These guys are the best. We brought our 10 year old Subaru Forester into the Subaru Stamford dealership for a rattling noise and we were quoted 11K to repair a "mechanical failure" with the engine. Thank god we brought it to Red's for a second opinion. Joe Jr. squeezed us in to be seen right away and upon arriving did a quick check of our engine oil to discover that there was literally no oil. Can you believe this is how Subaru Stamford returned our car to us?! Especially after we paid them $700 for a synthetic oil change/tune up less than four months prior... Upon further inspection, Red's determined that aside from not having oil it in the engine was running fine. When we picked our car up - Joe Sr. took the time to show us how to check the oil and top it off ourselves. Everyone from Joe Sr., Joe Jr., to Benito at the front desk was awesome, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be returning with all of our automotive needs.”

“Primarily I went to have an inspection, but I also let them know that there's always a noise whenever it rains or right after the rain. They fixed the noise problem free of charge since it was a minor thing to do. They also let me know that at some point the links for the stabilizer need to replaced. I scheduled an appointment for the replacement and there's also the price on it, which is very helpful so that I'm aware of how much it would cost. Of course I don't have to pay anything until the work is done.Just moved into the neighborhood last year, and will certainly become a regular customer going forward!Services: Exhaust”

I didn't think much of it but then I noticed it was still going on a few weeks later. I went back to them and they changed the filter and fixed it. No extra charge. No problem. These guys take pride in their work.”

“I called for a cat back install on my mustang and Axel was able to fit me in that day on such short noticed. They did an excellent job on the installation and welding with a great fitment. The price I was given was so much less than I was anticipating too! They have a comfortable place to relax in while you’re cars needs are being met. They completed the installation very quickly too! “I drove to the Valvoline that’s not too far from work for an oil change on my Acura MDX on 1/25/24. I immediately got greeted by the guy servicing my car, and told to wait behind a car that was getting serviced. The staff there were respectful and professional. Service went as planned and they even checked my tires and filled up my windshield washer fluid without any hesitation. I also needed a rear windshield wiper. He had trouble removing the rear wiper because I mistakenly bought the wrong one and the bracket got stuck. I got out of the car and told (person) to just remove it and I helped him try remove it. While attempting to remove the wiper in a joint effort, the arm snapped. They looked immediately distraught and I ensured them it was ok that I would pay to replace it as it wasn’t his fault. He even admitted to his boss Daniel the manager here that he messed up. Daniel came over and had said that they can get a new arm direct from the dealer at no cost to me but there was a wait of 25mins (which I had no problem with at all). While waiting, I noticed the other guys who I assume were new, were being trained and guided by Daniel. Daniel shows great managerial skills and respected the guys there that were learning. Overall makes me feel like they all care and regardless of how busy it got they got it don’t no fuss at all. When he came back with the arm and installed it quickly. I insisted on paying for the arm and the wiper but they refused to let me pay for it. These guys are great over here and overall professional. From admitting to a fault to being very respectful and professional at all times. 10/10 would definitely recommend coming here for anything they service. Thank you guys for doing a great job! “I love you this place. I drove an hour away to to go there, but this morning I had the worst experience. The lady behind the counter is so rude. I just asked a question why they charge 3% fee for credit card. She started that nothing is free . Some people they came here and don’t pay for nothing, you have a choice if you want you can pay cash. I told that is not my to criticize people who don’t pay for nothing and I said you also you’re not from here, she replied that she is being here for 22 years. I just walked away. “Ask for Mamadoo. I listened to his recommendations. The other Mamadoo who works with him that checks the fluids under the car showed me the fluids that needed to be changed by showing the difference between dirty and clean. Example differential transmission and rear differential. I also did his recommendation of internal car engine flush,and total fuel service. My ram 1500 5.7 runs smoother and great gas mileage. 5 mpg better. I also took my twin turbo Taurus and did Royal purple oil change and engine carbon cleaner like the truck. Both are running great. The Mamadoo that works on top of car showed me my cabin filter and air filter for engine. Was shocked to see my cabin filter so dirty after a 2 year change. Unreal. Great service.”
