Zero customer service. They will not send you the parts that you need to make repairs, they hardly return phone calls or emails. Just a nightmare trying to reach someone here. Generally the stuff are decent quality but if you have an issue there is no one to talk to.

Just got my new bunk bed with trundle and my girls are loving it!!! The delivery was quick. Very straight forward instructions and easy assembly. Great quality and very sturdy which was very important for us when we were looking for a bunk bed. Highly recommended!
