“This 7-Eleven is the BEST one in HOLTSVILLE!!! You cannot find a better one than this one. They got a gas station! Also the customer service is the best. If you see a young lady with purple hair I think she is the nicest worker there! Also when I was about to grab a hot food there was a guy who said "no don't grab it, it's stale already and I don't want you to eat bad food" man this is the 7-Eleven for you!”

“Today I went to PC richards in patchogue to look at mattresses. With no intention of buying. Met a wonderful salesperson named Bryson who took his time explaining the different types of mattresses, firmness levels, cooling, pillow top and more. He was so helpful. Long story short, i bought a beautiful Stearns and Foster mattress with an adjustable frame and I couldn't be happier.

“I brought my son’s car in for an issue with the steering wheel controls, after he bought a new radio elsewhere. Avenue Sound had installed speakers and bass some time ago, and they repaired and reset the stereo and steering wheel and did not charge me. I would definitely recommend them above other Car stereo installations places, and will definitely be back for more work in the future.”

“I had a phone emergency. My phone flew off my car while I was driving….. Screen was smashed…… went through the insurance. They shipped me out a new phone, so I went to this store Bohemia location so they could help me transfer everything over to my new phone!!! I meet the sweetest most helpful employee!!! Her name is Elissa, she was so kind, patience and helpful. She helped me fully set up my entire phone, even reconnected my Apple Watch.. told me what to do in the next steps with the broken phone and while she was helping me, she also helped this woman who had a virus in her phone. “I came into this store with my daughter in order to receive help from the cell phone department because my 85 year old mom’s phone broke and she was very upset about changing phones. I can’t say enough good things about Martin and Jeffrey in this department. From the second we approached them they were eager to help resolve the issue. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the resolution and they followed through with helping set up the phone for her. They were professional and knowledgeable. I returned the phone but my account was a mess.On the way home from my daughters I noticed the Lake Grove location on Nesconset Highway. I took a chance.What a lucky break.I was complaining to an associate.The manager,Jay Kunkel overhead and stepped in.I am 75 and never in my life,have I had better customer service.He called corporate and patiently explained the situation.EVERYTHING was fixed and restored.Big difference between a authorized dealer and the Corporate in Lake Grove.If you live in mid Suffolk County,go to Jay.HE IS A SUPERSTAR!”
