“The day before Thanksgiving (Wednesday) my 20 yr old refrigerator just died. I called P.C. Richard in Patchogue and salesman/manager Steve Narjanian was so efficient and helpful. He looked up to see if my current appliances were purchased there (which they were by previous owners) and immediately pulled up measurements etc., helped me obtain financing and arranged for early morning delivery on Black Friday. I got confirmation calls, texts and the drivers called 20 mins before. Bright and early Friday morning they pulled up and kindly and efficient installed my new refrigerator and removed the old one. 2 hours later the surface of my new fridge was extremely hot to the touch! I called the store on busy Black Friday and spoke to salesman/manager David Harrison. Dave was on it immediately, listening, researching and deciding the best course of action (service call? Exchange?). There was so much going on on both our ends, so we did a few "I'll call you right back's" and before I knew it, a secretary answering my call advised me that Dave had arranged for a return and delivery of a new refrigerator. Shortly thereafter when speaking directly to Dave, I asked when it would be delivered and he said the next day. I explained that I could not miss another day of work over this refrigerator and needed it to be delivered today (this was at 1 in the afternoon). By 4pm I got a phone call from the drivers that they were pulling up and they quickly and efficiently removed the first refrigerator and replaced it with the second one, which works perfectly. I was REALLY impressed and appreciative that Dave was able to get that problem fixed for me and a replacement delivery done in a matter of hours! Thank you so much to Dave, Steve, and the P.C. delivery guys for taking good care of me!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. My contractor dropped my fan (24 feet) when installing it and Glenn, Rob and the rest of the staff went out of their way to get new parts for me. They were pleasant, caring and so helpful to me and my contractor. My fan is up, it looks beautiful and works perfectly. What a pleasure to do business there. “For Christmas we got my daughter an autostart for her car. I am always leery of sending my daughter someplace without me accompanying her because let's be honest she's a 17 year old. I'm always afraid places will take advantage of her.This was not the case at avenue sound. From the moment we walked in till the transaction was completed she was treated with nothing but respect. They explained step-by-step what they were going to do to her baby and went above and beyond with the install.Brian (I think was his name) did an amazing job. It looks like the car wasn't touched but now Auto starts from the same remote. My daughter did not want to carry a second remote and they made that possible.If you decide to have an auto start put into a late model I would definitely come here and give them a shot. They are so trustworthy and made her smile. They also have a really cute doggo I. The shop... So please say hello to Mr chocolate from us!”

“This is the only 7-Eleven I know that keeps 5-gallon Poland Spring bottles INSIDE the store and that's the safe way to get your bottled water. I cancelled Water Delivery service and I'm saving at least $20 a month now. Way to go 7-Eleven (near the mount sinai diner)!Update: The day after I posted this great review, this store moved the 5-gallon bottles out into the sun outside the store. Unfortunately, IMO they have blown up a good thing. Back to Stop-n-Shop for now,,,”
