“My wife needed new doors on her jeep wrangler. We went in for an estimate with Matt. He went over the whole procedure with us and gave some fun ideas to make it look even better! It was finished in a timely fashion and exceeded our expectations! We will definitely send anyone we know that needs body work or paint to see Matt!!”
“Great standard service! They are very courteous with communication & will also do the right service - something that not all mechanics do. I came in thinking I needed ball joints serviced, with parts, but they were able to pivot quickly when they noticed a wheel bearing was going out, rush ordered the part & charged half as much as I would expect elsewhere.
Only slight dissatisfaction is the time it took to make a diagnostic being a little long (under special staffing circumstances, so it's somewhat forgivable) & a previous visit where I was initially quoted for body panels as if they were new (very $$$ though it surely looks great), so collision customers may benefit from bringing their own parts/looking up pick-n-pull parts online if they can spare it.”
“They took great care of me and my car after it was hit. Kept in constant communication with what was happening. Handled the insurance and when I got my car back it looked as good as new. Highly recommend.”

“I don’t know how I’ve never reviewed this place. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop. Beth is so friendly and tells you straight what’s wrong with your car. The mechanics are amazing, and they get your car back up and running extremely quick. This shop also isn’t out to get your money. They tell you honestly what’s going on with your car, and help you figure out the safest, quickest, and cheapest option to go with. I have never come here and come home with any new issues, as I have with previous mechanics. I’ve now moved, and still drive 3 hours to take my car here. They kept my 15 year old car running and safe while I saved for my new car, and they’ve taken such good care of my new car. I could say endless good things about Craig’s Total Auto, but you’ll just have to check out your new favorite mechanic yourself.”
