I choose Buckley’s Tire and Brake because they treat me like family, they have great pricing, and the job gets done right the first time. Today I got tires, an alignment, and Synthetic Oil change and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work performed today. Especially the alignment! It’s hard to find a shop with honest working staff these days.”

“He did great work at a great price. While some places are charging over $100 per hour, his posted rate is $85. The guy is honest as the day is long. Also, he's a really nice guy too. I asked him why he works the hours that he does and he said that his wife works second shift and he gets to spend more time with her if he works the same hours. That alone tells me that he's good guy who loves his wife. I highly recommend this guy. I've been to him more than once. I wanted to see if my initial experience was the norm or not. Every experience was the same. He was courteous, professional and quick. He will definitely get all of my business. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.”
“10 stars to Jack Hobbie, we had a problem with our oil change a couple days ago( not by him) we talked to Mr Hobbie, and this guy went above and beyond to make everything right, we even received a call at 7 pm before he closed to make sure we were completely satisfied and his personal cell Incase any problems occurred for any reason.. mistakes happen we r only human but to go above and beyond to fix someone else’s mistakes and then continue to check to make sure we are completely satisfied is awesome… Thank you”

“I had a great experience today at Simmons and Rockwell Nissan dealership. I went in there with an issue that has been ongoing for a few months and did not feel safe driving the car. I took the car to a Nissan dealership in Sayre Pennsylvania and they said there was nothing wrong with the car and I got charged 190 plus tax for the diagnostic. I take my car to Simmons and Rockwell and I get a veteran technician that takes the car out for a drive and figured out the problem without ever hooking it up to a diagnostic machine. The problem was resolved within about 45 minutes. Had the car back after an hour and back on the road. It was also nice to hear one of the service technicians talking to a customer on a phone and telling them that they do not need new brakes but down the road you will need new brakes and here is a Price quote when it's time. A lot of service shops would have charged that person for new breaks that they didn't need. Thank you so much to the service department at Nissan Simmons in Rockwell five stars all the way. I will gladly drive two horseheads or have to have my vehicle towed for that type of service versus going to the Nissan dealership here in the valley.”
“I drove down from Canada for a family emergency, and while nearly at Horseheads heard a loud noise under my car. I took it to a Volkswagen dealer in Ithaca and after explaining that I could only stay one week, said they could not touch it for 2 weeks and would cost me $200.00 just to look at it.
Family recommended Gardner Auto Repair and I brought it there. Tracey and his wife were so great, understanding my situation. My car was repaired the next day, and for 1/4 the price of the dealer. I cannot say enough about this business and highly recommend them for any repairs you may have.”

“I don't have any negative feedback. I went for the 1st time here for an oil change. I arrived for my appt time and keys were accepted by Tim promptly. There was no wait. My toddler and I strolled around the store while car was being serviced. I am not a fan of Walmart but spent $75.29 that day and that includes my oil change. I was informed of when my car was being serviced until completion via text and finally via a phone call. It was a smooth and pleasant transaction. All needs met. Special thanks to Tim, Jamie, John, and Paul. Just realizing basically all Biblical names. Nonetheless I'd recommend and would come to do service again.
