“The mobile mechanic went above and beyond his knowledge and not to mention... these mobile mechanic businesses or any mobile business for that matter, are really stepping it up... this guy went into an unknown situation blindfolded not knowing what he was facing, truck needed a starter replacement, you think, starter, ehhhh no problem right? Of course not.but in the middle of the woods broke down on a logging trail.... no lift no jack just tools and in his back... kudos to the mechanic!!!! Yes I took care of him... paid the cost, and 60$ cash tip! Thanks again! Will definitely use them again.”

“I was traveling from ithica back home to NE Ohio and I had just had a rack and pinion put in my volvo back at home before I left for my trip. Right before I left ithica to drive home I noticed some clucking in my steering and it proceeded to get worse over the 30min drive to Horseheads where I stopped. Jeremy was able to get me in quick and the tech Zack was quick to find 1 of 2 bolts for the rack was missing while the other was finger tight. After he got the rack and pinion properly secured, he also preemptively checked the sub frame, which all bolts were lose and the control arms which 4 of the 6 bolts were lose. He had gone over any parts that he thought could have been moved during the work that was previously done by the other shop. These guys are knowledgeable and helped me get back on the road in under 2 hrs.”
