The reason it’s not only there but also doing well is because Tommy handles each customer personally, he takes his time to actually speak to people, find out what their issues are and then does what he does best quickly and efficiently to rectify them. Tommy is a true gentleman! And unfortunately, these days, there aren’t many of those left. Well, not in this case. After months of tirelessly searching for a computer technician for some sensitive natured computer services and refusing to use Google because of past bad experiences I gave in to Google and found Jeron. I was still cautious and skeptical at first but then I surrendered to God to guide this project. I called Jeron we spoke about what was needed he was very calm and blunt which was slightly intimidating for me but I trusted him because his business etiquette seemed solid and most of all fair. I am tech savvy and i did troubleshoot the task myself prior so i know it as a job that could have taken a day to a week or so. This guy did it in hours-less than one day! I won't say the cost but I'd say he's very fair, understanding, real and flexible. So give him a chance, he is a hidden gem trying to do his thing.”

“John was absolutely incredible. He fixed my very rare Bose 360 turntable right then and there. No drop off waiting at all. Not only that, he could sense that I was really into audio but not quite an audiophile yet, so he was super cool and was explaining what he was doing while he was fixing it. It’s was honestly fascinating to watch. There are not many people like John out there and they are becoming even more few and far between as the digital age keeps expanding and analog becomes more obsolete.
