The salesman (Robert) walked me through all my options, offering advice as needed, made sure everything fit well, made adjustment/replacements when needed, and made me feel like they cared whether or not I looked good at the event. In the end, you couldn't tell I was in a rented tux. And, it cost less than my previous Tux rental at another place nearby.”

Very clean store, unique merchandizes, great customer service and love that the street closed off to cars, you can walk around on the street and enjoy the great restaurants near by. “Lara and Steve are fantastic! From the minute we walked into the store we could tell they wanted to make us happy and they certainly did. All I knew was that I wanted an anniversary ring. I had no real description in mind and Lara was kind and patient showing me an array of choices. I was so indecisive because their selection was beautiful. Steve came up with a wonderful idea of combining 3 delicate rings and I absolutely fell in love! They even stayed late to fit and polish it for me. We had an overall excellent experience and are proud to call Genesis our new go-to jeweler. Visit them and you will not be disappointed!”

“We have been coming here for years. I have had earrings and 3 wedding rings re-set into yellow gold with additional small diamonds added. This trip was because I stupidly took my rings off and lost them in a parking lot for a few hours. When I (so thankfully) found them they had been run over and bent. I immediately took them here and again was so blown away by the professionalism, service, attention to detail, and very fast turn around time. I brought my rings in on a Saturday morning and they were fixed, checked, and polished by Monday morning so I could have them back before Thanksgiving. They are back to brand new and so shiny! I could not recommend this jeweler more - he is fantastic and we will be coming here for all our needs in the future. I recommend him to everyone I know!”

“My husband and I made a special trip from out-of-state to visit this store, and we were not disappointed. We were made to feel so welcome, but what touched my heart is how kind the staff was to some young men of about 11-12 years of age. These young men came in and asked question after question about the inventory, and the staff treated them as if they were going to spend $10,000. The respect and kindness they show the people that walk in the door is absolutely heartwarming! On top of the pleasurable experience, the jewelry selection and prices made the trip worth while. We definitely bought more than we expected, and loved our entire experience. I can’t say enough about how great these people are. The only negative is that we don’t live closer! Highly recommended!”
