Literally IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a person in the office - every time I call, regardless of the time (for instance right now @ 9:30am) it’s a minimum of 20 minutes before someone picks up to then place you on hold for another 15mins plus. Unreal.

After being Optum it was a disaster. It's been improving slowly. But like most doctors nowadays getting a short term appointment is nearly impossible. Just booking a skin doctor I have to wait a year and a half. That's just nuts.
