“I would give 10 stars if I could! First big move of a whole house full of a couple decades of memories for myself, and it went smooth and stress free - at least once the crew showed up and started working - all my worries went away! Fast, friendly, efficient, polite, handled our belongings as if it were their own. Doors needed to be removed, appliances barely made it down stairs, furniture squeezed through doorways - and there was not one bit of damage to either house or any belongings. Great leadership of the crew, they all made it look so easy! Highly recommend!!”

“Highly recommend it for U-Haul rental! Very nice facilities overall, the storage areas are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly! We rented a 15' truck to move and the entire vehicle was exceptionally clean, inside and out. The truck functioned perfectly and I had no issues with checking it out or returning it.If you're looking for a truck rental in the area, don't go anywhere else if you can get one here. They truly care, and they want you to have the best possible experience. I will be using them as much as possible in the future!”

“We used this service to move - the guys moved our entire house as it was cold and snowing… with an impending blizzard coming. The move wasn’t easy either - both places have narrow stairs. They wrapped the furniture well and worked together fast. They were also kind and communicative. We appreciated their hard work! Make sure to tip your movers and read the prep sheets - they will appreciate it.”

“This is a very small UPS store, but I've only had positive experiences here! The store is conveniently located in a big plaza, so I never had problems with parking. I will say, some people park RIGHT in front of the store and block the entrance sometimes, which is quite annoying. The service is great. The employees are super nice and even though there's a long-ish line every time I go, they get things done pretty quickly. Given the small size of the store, they don't have much variety in their greeting card selection or packing items (e.g. wrapping paper, envelopes), but they have all the basics.”

“My wife and I are very happy with the service provided by PODS on our move from Buffalo to Clearwater, the pod was delivered for loading as scheduled, pick up as promised and delivered to our new home as promised, there was no damage at all, and customer service accommodated special requests for final delivery and pick up of POD, the price was very reasonable compared to similar service provided, great value.”
“I moved a lot over the past 4 years, a lot. I could tell you horror stories about a few of the moving companies that are doing business in the Buffalo area. I called M&J and they took my job and gave me a quote. I got ripped off from the last company that added a $160 travel fee that wasn’t in the original quote, so expecting the same, I went to the bank and withdrew an extra amount of money to cover my butt.They showed up promptly with 2 trucks and 6 guys! I didn’t have a ton of stuff to move (it took half of one truck. The owner sent all of the guys to get the job done quickly) as I was going from a house to an 2nd floor apartment. The guys were so nice, clean, efficient and sober! (Yeah, I have stories!) They took great care of all of my furniture (I have some antiques) and the floors at the old house and the new apartment, putting down blankets to cover the carpets. They were done within an hour and had to go to breakfast because I had to finish paperwork at the complex. The whole move was finished within 2.5 hours!I just cannot say enough good things about M&J movers! I would definitely use them again! That extra money that I took out of the bank? I gave it to them as a tip.”
