Recently came in after a loooooong hiatus with beau and his immediate family and my immediate family to celebrate our engagement because my dad was in from out of town and this was middle ground for all. Everyone enjoyed their meals thoroughly and water service was definitely not lacking. Superior service by far. Inside reminds me of your typical cute Italian restaurant. I only wish that the parking situation was a little bit better but thankfully we were able to score a spot in the lot. Will we be back? Yes. Maybe next time we visit his aunt and uncle we'll recommend Piccolo's!”

“We were in Long Beach, NY for a family function and this is one of our go to place for breakfast when in this area. Upon entering on a Sunday morning, there was a line, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. This is your classic New York diner, and the food is as expected. The food is very down home, our omelets were cooked a little more than we prefer, but the food was good, loved the bagels and service was very good. This place brings back nostalgia and we plan on going back the next time we're in NY.”

“I must start my review with this info: I am a native New Yorker Baby Boomer who was born in Brooklyn and moved to Queens. I was introduced to bagels back in the 70's by my grandmother forward praying them home from her Manhattan job all the way to Freeport Long Island where they lived. We would be waiting up past midnight for my grandmother to walk in the house with bagels, lox, whitefish and cream cheese!! We'd have a feast that ended around 1:00 a.m. in the morning! With that said, this bagel place to see right back to those times. These are the real deal. Made the old school way. But you wouldn't know this if you were not someone familiar with a true NY bagel. The variety of bagels are amazing and the customer service is awesome. Long story short, if you are in Queens and looking for a real deal bagel whether- it's with butter or made as a sandwich this is the spot to go to... And they're open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!!”

“This review is to commend the matchless professionalism that Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline Morrison had demonstrated when she had resolved a difficult problem regarding a safety deposit box on 1/20/24 that had involved Ridgewood Savings Bank branch located on 74-25 Grand Avenue in Elmhurst New York. Despite the initial difficulties in resolving this problem due to a miscommunication by me, she, however, remained calm and eventually researched further on whom had rented this said box. Once she had ascertained that I and my brother, George, had rented this box, she then permitted me to open this box so I could remove the contents and therefore finally close out this box. After I had turned in the safety deposit key to her and Ms. Morrison had given me a receipt pertaining to my brother's lost key, Ms. Morrison ended a four-year long legal problem involving my mother's estate. It is because of this legal closure that I can finally rest regarding my mother's estate and get on with the rest of my life... Once again, I thank Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline Morrison for the service she had rendered unto me, and I would recommend her to anyone needing banking services pertaining to Ridgewood Savings Bank. --Ronald G. “Although I've had problems with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the past. This review is about my experience with banking at the branch in Hewlett, NY. The staff and service at this location is excellent. They are very organized and familiar with all types of transactions. At other banks it takes forever to find someone who knows how to handle an uncommon transaction. The drive-thru and ATM lines are long due to the branch being open only to essential by appointment visits. The drive-thru ATM has been out of cash for weeks now. Visiting the bank branch is manageable now. They have several security guards outside helping to facilitate the traffic flow and to take non-cash transactions from you to avoid waiting in line. I had to have an in person appointment and the banker was very efficient and fast. She had my transaction completed fast and correctly. She was very knowledgeable and was familiar with the forms which had to be filled out. She also opened an additional account for my business quickly. She was familiar with all the paperwork needed and made the process seamless.”

“I had been chasing down a Citibank checking plus overcharge for three and one half months. No one at any Citibank branch, customer service phone reps, or supervisors, (and a letter to corporate office) were able to resolve the issue. As a last resort, I went to the Manhasset branch (which is not my local branch, but I'd been there before, and were impressed with their operation), was assisted by Sylvia Wang, and within five minutes, my problem was resolved. She should teach customer service classes for Citibank. She has restored my faith in Citibank.”

If you need Chinese speaking teller, I am not sure if this is a good branch. The only cons is that there they don't provide parking. Recommended if you don't want to spend 1 hour on line on the Mainstreet branches during an pandemic.”

I have an elderly mother and recently she did not want to come in to the branch due to her health and several people. I went in for her and they needed proof from her personally to protect her account. The manager came outside herself to my car to ensure my mother was comfortable with her banking transaction. I could not believe the level of concern she showed for my mother. The tellers are so welcoming and amazing in this branch. I know it sometimes gets busy but I think they are all worth the wait.”
