I met with Ted (salesperson) who asked me what I was looking for in a bed, made me take a quick quiz, and showed me the mattresses I was recommended. “You can only judge a company by what happens when things go wrong. Things went wrong for me. I ordered a mattress that was too high for my frame and bought the adjustable base (which just made it higher). In tv view mode I was less than 4 feet from my ceiling kind of mistake. Elisa at the store in Commack made everything right. She took our call AFTER HOURS on her cell that night! She arranged for the wrong mattress to be picked up and a new one delivered in about 48 hours. Both delivery crews were amazing and professional as well. I can not say enough good things about Elisa and company she represents. If you need a mattress make sure you ask for Elisa because if there is an issue she will get it fixed fast and the mattress I am now on, although much less comical, is AWESOME!”

“We needed a new mattress. We did a ton of research, and then we went to a well known chain mattress store, where we were greeted by an indifferent salesman and limited inventory. Depressed and frustrated, we went home and did more research, thinking we would just order something online... but buying a mattress without trying it out seemed risky. One of the brands we were looking at was available at Sleepworks, so we went to look at it.Jerry, the salesman who greeted us at Sleepworks, was incredibly accomodating and patient with us as he explained why the mattress we thought we wanted was not the best choice for us. He spent almost 2 hours with us and gave us quite an education in mattress types and construction, helping us to select the best mattress for our needs. He's a great salesman; he convinced us to buy the adjustable base and I'm glad he did.Delivery was fast and smooth - in fact, we had to put off delivery for a month due to COVID and other health issues and the folks at Sleepworks were very understanding, but once we were able to confirm a delivery date, the mattress and base were delivered and installed quickly and with no issues.If you are looking for a new mattress, this is the place to go!”
