In fact, any issues I had were with FNBLI itself, in spite of Marco being absolutely wonderful. When I started my mortgage application, I didn't hear back from FNBLI for a week, and actually had to email them to get a follow up. The appraisers they hired and the law firm they retained were both fine. But there was definitely more back and forth/confusion than there needed to be. “Having worked in a bank long ago and having been a call center customer service manager, I'm very exacting by nature. But I love this particular branch on 220 W. Old Country Rd, in Hicksville; I've felt happy enough to stay loyal for 25 years and it hasn't been the same branch manager the whole time. In the past decade in particular it has only gotten better with a real commitment to improvement in efficiency and customer experience. Banks are still banks, with all kinds of complex procedures, so it's all about the personnel and what kind of human interface they can provide. I'm amazed at the care they must put into the hiring or interview process to get such competent, caring people. There's not a lot of turnover, but when it does happen, each time they find a new star. Though it's not the biggest of banks, and doesn't meet every last one of my needs, they deliver a 110% effort and warmth every day.”

“I have felt with Peoples Alliance for over 30 years. I have in for all of that time gone to the Ronkonkoma or Hauppauge branches. Now that I live in Syosset I go to the Westbury location. I always liked Peoples Alliance The staff is always fast and friendly and are always willing to help. The Westbury location is sorta hidden, And if you are not looking carefully you could miss it all together. It is in a big office building right in the front. Never had a problem in over 30 years of doing business with them.”

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE customer service EVER.. I had some shopping to do and right next door was a Chase Bank. I decided to go inside. I was told Mr. Lewis Pinto III could help me and help me he did. I can't say enough how helpful he was. He went out of his way to make this already difficult time for us not anymore so. All of this he did with a smile. You really don't meet them like him anymore. “I love this place because all the employees are extremely nice to everybody that walks through the door it doesn't feel like a bank it feels like you're walking into a family business or something like that. I can't say enough nice things about the bank and the people who work there but the only bad thing is the drive-thru window it takes forever for someone to come get your banking and then once they get your banking it takes an extremely long time for them to do it and give you your receipt. One day I was at the window for nearly a half an hour before the guy came back with my receipt. But besides that I give the bank two thumbs upðŸ‘🖒ðŸ‘🖒”
