They explained every step of the process, and treated me as if I was their most important customer. My car looks as good as the day I bought it after it was finished! They even went way above and beyond, by cleaning, polishing, waxing my entire car after the job was finished. But it didn't end there. Even my interior, and engine bay was scrubbed clean. I couldn't believe it. So long as I'm in the NYC area, they'll be my go-to body shop from here on forward.”

This time was the worst; it was a hit and run ! From the time I called the emergency number for Coach Auto Body for a tow, to the time I picked up my beautifully fixed car, Joe, Alex and their crew were WONDERFUL ! It was supposed to take 1 1/2 weeks for the insurance adjuster to come take a look at my car, Joe had it done in 2 days! They are so professional that Joe and Alex had ordered the parts once my car arrived on the flat bed, so that once the adjuster had finished his job, they started their’s; the parts were already there! Joe kept in contact w/ me from beginning to end ! I could not be anymore pleased ! My car looked and drove like it was brand new! We brought our 10 year old Subaru Forester into the Subaru Stamford dealership for a rattling noise and we were quoted 11K to repair a "mechanical failure" with the engine. Thank god we brought it to Red's for a second opinion. Joe Jr. squeezed us in to be seen right away and upon arriving did a quick check of our engine oil to discover that there was literally no oil. Can you believe this is how Subaru Stamford returned our car to us?! Especially after we paid them $700 for a synthetic oil change/tune up less than four months prior... Upon further inspection, Red's determined that aside from not having oil it in the engine was running fine. When we picked our car up - Joe Sr. took the time to show us how to check the oil and top it off ourselves. Everyone from Joe Sr., Joe Jr., to Benito at the front desk was awesome, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be returning with all of our automotive needs.”

The thing just sat there collecting dust with noone to drive it. The battery was on its last leg and the tires were dry rotting. We decided to start driving it but it needed some work. Benny is someone I found I can trust to do what needs to fix the car and asks beforehand for the go ahead on everything. He has changed tires, put in a new transmission, re-wired my engine electrical unit, put in a new rear axel, and more. You can reasonably talk with him about repairs and he's straight up about what has to be done. His prices are very reasonable as well. Sue keeps the place moving along operationally and helps make the experience more efficient and less painful.”
