My truck was 'breaking down', on my way home from work. I had to Google 'Closest Mechanic' Tomco popped up. I pulled in, and spoke with the Manager who I already assumed would give me a hard time, because it was almost closing time, but he listened to my issue, found out the problem, and assured me that he would do his best to 'get me on my way'. Alberto was authentically kind and thorough from the initial phone call to the post-work walkthrough. I also just received new plates and he was kind enough to change them out along with the detailing. The pricing, timeliness, and service were all at a level you would receive as if you were family.
As someone who traveled from Brooklyn for Alberto's services, I will 100% be trekking out again to use his services. FYI if you do need to come from somewhere a bit out of the way, the LIRR stop is right by Final Inspection to use as another mode of transportation after the drop-off.
