“My daughter‘s car broke down on her way to school in the middle of 104 and 350. An amazing Wayne County Sheriff helped push her off the expressway to a safe place. I arrived a few minutes later and was able to limp the car nearby to PJs. They had it fixed the next day and charge me a fraction of the price they could have charged me. “I will for now on ONLY shop here for my auto needs! The assistant manager is amazing! I have a what I think is a big family with 4 kids so money is tight! We called anither store first who said they could.get the parts for us but would have to wait till Monday to get them in! Napa in geneva was my last hope and frankly wish I would started there!! When I called the guy not only had the parts I needed he offered to at first price match and then without me asking he beat the other places store by a considerable amount! Now I doubt this is an everytime thing but man it was needed right now! I wish I got his name , the invoice paper say employee number 64! Wanta say it was Steve! Either way great experience coming here and they earned a customer with a small gesture like that! Even the young kid working the register took the x4 rotors out to my SUV for me without me asking. You just don't see customer service like this!”

“Sold me a defective transmission line. Blew out and caused transmission to fail. We have had a claim in for 4 months now for reimbursement. They keep avoiding the issue, saying you have to talk to someone else who isn't them but they won't give out the contact information.UPDATE: They covered the claim after about 4 months, updated to 4 stars.”
