Terrible customer service in a very bad way of communicating, they do not solve anything, loss of money and stress, I lost a lot of money, it is a scam

If there was a negative star rating system it wouldn’t suffice! Worse experience ever. Loaded a card for my daughter. She cannot access it. I cannot access it… the customer service department reads from a script. Lost money and cost to set it up. Beware! Extortion!

Horrible card. They lock it once you try to use it and make you send identification that you didn't have to provide at the store when you loaded your hard earned money onto it
