“Qualified and honest, a great combination!
I drive a vintage muscle car and the only people I trust with my classic ride is Jerry and the A1 team. Not only did they get my custom automatic overdrive transmission humming like a bird, they tuned my timing, tweaked my brakes to perfection and a dozen other things I didn't even know about.
Give great advice on any upgrades or modifications I suggested. Always very clear about what they can do and what it will cost. They don't have the time or desire to fleece their customers with unnecessary repairs and expenses.

“After six months of owning my Chrysler Town & Country my check engine light came on. When I took it to the dealership they advised that there was an issue with my transmission and estimated that it would cost over $7000 with a 2 week completion timeframe. Upon recommendation I took my car to the AAMCO in Lynbrook to see if they could quote me a better price. Not only did they quote me a better price they explained in detail what the issue was with my transmission and provided a quicker turnaround for the completion timeframe. It has been about a month since they’ve repaired my car and it has been running smoothly with no check engine light. Would definitely recommend this repair shop for transmissions issues.”

“Excellent service! I had a flat tire with a torn sidewall and couldn’t safely drive my car. I walked to the shop, and by the time I arrived, they had already prepared the new tire. After I paid, one of the employees drove me back to my car and installed the tire there. This saved me a lot of time and also saved me from paying about $200 for a tow truck.
They were honest and told me I didn’t need a wheel alignment, so they didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend this shop!”

“Went to Village Auto Clinic for a complete new set of brakes & putting on a ride height sensors on my car. They took their time & made sure that everything was correctly & properly install, let alone have you my old brakes were completely rusty & beatup. No issues, car runs smooth & rides great. “Kind and very attentive. Took the one star off because I felt my issue was not diagnosed before pointing me to a resolution. Can you imagine being told you need a new transmission which can cost $3000 to $10000 when in fact someone else is the issue. And you find out that your car is still driving fine after 10000 miles from when your told your transmission is done without even being driven or put into gear.”

“As a DIY hobbyist mechanic, I tend to do most auto repairs and maintenance at home myself. However, there are some services that require either specialized tools or precision, in which case taking it to a good shop is preferable. Naturally, I wanted to bring my car to honest mechanics, and based on the Google reviews I decided to give Tire Town Tire Pros a shot.
Lal was great. He did a phenomenal job with my wheel alignment, and even took the time to make sure that there wasn't any damage to my wheel and axle from a previous fender bender (in which case an alignment wouldn't do squat.)
Levy was another mechanic that I had the pleasure of chatting with. He offered me some tips to keep my 25-year-old car in good shape.
The labor for the wheel alignment was priced reasonably. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service here and I would highly recommend this shop.”

“First time ever owning or driving a previously owned car 2015 at that.
