I went in today for a follow-up with one of my kitties who had to be rushed to the emergency vet over the weekend. (He's okay, no worries!) I felt terrible because the clinic is always so busy, but Dr. Janice not only listened to my kitty's unfun weekend story, looked at his records from the emergency vet, but also asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. I was worried something would be wrong still, but Dr. Janice checked him over thoroughly and happily reported he's much improved and will be fine—even writing down specific instructions for me in his medicine adjustments and other necessary supplements. This is the only place I'll ever take my cats, and this is absolutely why. So, so grateful, thank you.”

I have had a handful of vets over the years in Westchester and none of them come close to the amazing Dr. Klainbard and his superstar team. Dr. Klainbard is incredibly thoughtful, compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. He is an exceptionally nimble and resourceful thinker, always finding creative solutions and avenues of exploration to define and resolve very nuanced issues related to my complicated pug. All the Vet Techs are so kind and knowledgeable as well, and everyone at the front desk echoes the same vibe. Lisa and Evan are always super accommodating and sweet, unflappable in the roles. You can definitely trust this place with your pet. They are very informative, gentle, and kind. They are thorough with their work and they care about the animals. “I took my dog here after she was diagnosed with cancer. On the first visit, my dogs oncologist, Dr. Chin, detailed all possibilities of treatment in such an easy to understand way. I left that consult feeling confident about having my dog treated here. And 3 months later I can say that they exceeded expectations.I have literally zero complaints after about 10 visits for chemotherapy. Reception, support staff, Doctors... they all treated me and (more importantly) my dog with kindness and respect.I'm sure it depends on the doctor or the type of visit, but I never had to wait longer than what I was initially told (that's big deal to me. Who likes standing around forever?).I can't recommend this place enough. Especially Dr. Chin and her team.”

Our littlr guy got not to happen, he’s an 80lb terrier and me and Eymi powered down after quite a draw all to see if his hindside needed attention. Thank God Eymi and the whole team kept their cool cuz after a dozen trys we were gunna call it quits as the last patients…but they treated our boy like he was theirs 5 ????? and 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
