“I love my Toyota Cross. Service Dept is excellent. I do have a problem with the brake fluid having to be changed. I purchased this car used with about 29,000 miles. When I took it for service this week the girl said the brake fluid had to be changed. Your advertising state about multiple inspections throughout the car. Why wasn’t the brake fluid changed then?”
