“I was just there last week a couple of times getting different items for my lawn mower. I had no problem getting what I needed and staff was very helpful. I do see a few negative comments but maybe it’s possible they just need more time to get acclimated to everything, just a thought that’s all.”

The others had to have it shipped to the store in a couple days, I'm not patient like that when I'm trying to do something now! The staff were knowledgeable and quick to get me on my way. Thank you!”

“This place has excellent customer service. Most of the time when I visit there are workers at the entrance that ask if they can direct you to what you're looking for. If you purchase something heavy like cement, they notify workers to help load it for you. Furthermore, never had an issue with returning things. I purchased a posthole digger that broke within a day, and was able to return it and use the money to upgrade to a better one. I also returned a backpack blower and used the money to upgrade to a more powerful model. Visiting this store is a much better experience than going to Home Depot or Lowes. Only criticism is a small inventory compared to the large home improvement stores.”

W baby so hands were full and the help was above and beyond. App showed different price than in-store, Jack (garden mgmt) confirmed sale price via phone & associate honored price.”
