Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but I had a younger blonde woman help me with my 7 different packages (I had no idea how to ship anything out) and she was phenomenal. Employees here are always friendly and ready to help if you have any shipping questions. The building is always clean and has a lot of parking in the back. FYI they are closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm soeither get there before noon or come back at 1PM.
