The focus is clearly on the drive through. You can stand at register for 10 minutes before someone notices you due to the poor layout. The staff needs to pay more attention. The place was also very dirty.

The only problem at this Dunkin was there was flies swarming all over. Donuts shoukd be enclosed in glass.
