My appointment was changed twice but Tom not only got my work done the third time but he actually worked on it himself. “I can’t say enough about New Windsor Collision! My car was involved in an accident that was no fault of mine. The insurance company right away gave me what they thought it would cost . I knew it would be a lot more than what was originally given and a bit worried. I was assured by Andy that he would deal with contacting the other persons insurance company and that I didn’t have anything to worry about. He gave me a time frame of a few days to fix it. “Where do I even begin? Seth and Eric did fantastic job on my car. Earlier this Summer I got into an accident on the New York Thruway. I gave Seth a call and had my car towed there. 15 days later Seth had my car ready and he even detailed it for me. Once I got my car back it looked brand new. It had all new original parts, the paint was marched and blended super well, no large body panel gaps at all. I called him back because a part was missing on my car that was not there.
