“In 2018 my husband went to this jeweler to get a custom engagement ring and bands designed for me. The jeweler was incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful when it came to the design as well as what would be most cost effective (as we were struggling college students). My husband had the idea and the jeweler brought it all to life. He created such an elegant and jaw dropping ring. So imagine my sadness after several years later having 3 babies under 3 and my rings not being able to fit. I took my rings to several different jewelers because we relocated out of state. No jewelers in my area would even touch the ring let alone resize it because of liability issues since the ring was not purchased through them. Fast forward several months, my family and I recently took a weekend get away trip back home to NY and we brought the rings back to Elegant jewelers. Without any questions or hesitation the jeweler resized the rings for me at a fraction of the cost the other jewelers quoted me as well as over night air shipped the rings back to me! The process literally only took 3-4 days! I am beyond happy with my experience at Elegant Jewelers and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in the eastern Long Island area!!! 10/10 experience!”

“I have been in the store several times and my experience was nothing but great with friendly and very helpful staff. I am going to return because I had seen things in a catalog that I would like to buy and wanted to see if they carry it in the store. I rather give them my business. Regarding to the one review, mask wearing, at that time it didn't matter if a person was vaccinated or not, mask wearing was a requirement by the CDC to enter any store. The stores needed to comply by the CDC covid-19 policy. Yes, it was an inconvenience. Yes, many of us hated it, but you want or need to go shopping you needed to wear a mask, CDC policy for the state of New York. It wasn't just at this store it was everywhere, stores, banks, a person's job and etc. Any place that was enclosed and had people. It was a very difficult time for us all, very difficult. Therefore the store should not be held responsible for following the CDC policy, they had to. I am eager to go back.”

He worked carefully to give us the best quality diamonds. Gave them a visit yesterday for Rodium dip on 2 of my rings. The process was complete in 30 minutes. No hassles to drop off and pick up at a later date. Their new location in the Westfield Mall is beautiful. Smaller and quaint. They are located right next door to their Pandora store. Will be back!”

“It seems like just yesterday, when I first came here to propose to my wife, we bought both an engagement and wedding band here. The size of the stone was like half a carat, but ten years later, we returned my wife needed an upgrade, and I thought she deserved it, so we repaired Exchange. Ambica took great care of us. She was very courteous and professional in showing us the different rings and sizes of the diamonds. We saw different types of jewelry. They sell wedding bands, rings, bracelets, earrings, and chains, among other things. We primarily focused on wedding rings and bands. My wife fell in love with a two and one fifth carat diamond ?. This ring was glittering so hard ? I almost lost sight staring at it, and it was love in the air for my wife. She was more infatuated and obsessed with Love Verawang's engagement and anniversary band. I had to get them even though it went way over budget. After ten years of marriage, it is well worth the investment.”

“This is the only place to get your newest summer outfits. The owners are super friendly and make every customer feel welcome, and look great. The styles are one of a kind that you won’t find everywhere else out there or on the main land, and they get new looks in all the time. I especially love all the accessories and beach-ready gear like coolers, bags, sandals, sunglasses and towels. I get compliments all the time on items I pick up from the store. The store also does an excellent job of making it an “experience” shopping there, with fun music, air conditioning!, and accessible changing rooms. The employees are all very patient and want you to be happy with everything you pick out, and they make intelligent suggestions, not just pushing anything. Also, when a few tweens/teenagers were acting like the place was their own private hangout, the staff politely had them move along. Overall, this is a place you have to visit and pick something up, and everyone you know will compliment you on your new items!”
