Doesn't ANYONE answer the phones in this place?!? Great Cardiologists but trying to get through on the phone for an appointment is ridiculous!!

Why don't they answer the freaking phone?!?!?! I'm sick of calling this place! They make your wait 10 minutes to be told to call back!!!

I had scheduled an appointment for an echocardiogram 3 weeks back, and apparently the appointment had been cancelled but they did not get in contact with me to advise. Secretary noted that they had called ONCE and did not attempt to contact again.
