It does seem like the facility is actually "staffed" but if you wait long enough you'll find a driver dropping off and/or picking up a Pod for a delivery. They can help. But the door that says "open 9-5" is permanently locked.”

“I have spoken to a lot of moving company to get price quotes on our move from San Diego, CA to Parsippany, NJ. My husband and I were very nervous because we have heard a lot of horror stories about movers... From the time we got on the phone with Coast to Coast, they were very helpful and answered our all our concerns. We must have called them every day to answer any questions we had. When the Move day came, they arrived on time, with 5 men to load, wrap and carry our stuff. They were very professional and polite. We paid a little more than what we were originally quoted for which is fine because I had more boxes and other furnitures that I forgot to mention. When we got our stuff back, I expected to have atleast a few broken furnitures or damaged stuff, but this was not the case!!! “It is frequently said that probably the biggest decision to make during a move is choosing a moving company. We needed a moving company that would agree to move us a short distance but loading different trucks with different destinations. We also needed some time flexibility because our new place couldn't confirm the date/time that it was going to be ready. We also needed help with the packing and live on the 5th floor of an apartment building with very strict moving rules. In a long run, we needed a mover that would hold our hands and solve all our moving problems. We found that company. RJ., since the first phone call was courteous / helpful / follow through many special requests (because of the difficulty of coordination between the 2 apartments, the container with our furniture/boxes had to stay in a parking lot of the building for the weekend) / answered our questions – phone calls immediately and paid attention to details. RJ and his crew came on time both days and the job was done in a satisfactory manner. In addition, R.J. came to help us empty a storage room that we were not able to empty the days of the move. If we must move again (hope we never must), I wouldn't hesitate to call R.J. again and I would recommend him to my close friends. ----------------”
