Human Concerns, Inc. is a food pantry with a mission to directly serve local residents who suffer from hunger and food insecurity within the Oswego City School District. Human Concerns, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was formed and is dedicated to assisting local families who need food. We provide a 3-day supply of food for our clients on a bi-weekly basis.
