The car we bought from Reliable Auto was within her price range and Rich made sure that the car was safe. This means a lot to any parent. “I am new in town and I was looking for a trust worthy mechanic. The mechanic I use to go to was about 40 miles away. I have had two interactions with them one for a NYS inspection and the other my car had the CEL on. In both interactions they appeared to be trust worthy and for the check engine light they were knowledgeable and repaired the problem the first time. I also noticed that they repaired some expensive German cars as well. So, if the owners of a Mercedes trust them with the sizable jobs I have seen them do. Then they should be fine fixing my Honda. On one occasion they had the entire rear end out of of a fairly new Mercedes SUV. I was satisfied in both situations and I would definitely return.”

“I recently purchased a used vehicle at JAM and I had a great experience. I dealt with David (sales rep) as well as Rafael the shop manager and they were helpful, friendly and informative. Not only do they sell cars they are a full service auto shop. They even took care of going to DMV for me for a small, nominal fee (money well spent!) and as a result I was able to pick up my car with a permanent registration and plates already to go. And because they are an auto repair shop they were able to inspect it, so one less step for me. I definitely recommend checking JAM out if you are looking for a good used car buying experience.”

“I visited them to purchase a battery for my car. Liz was very knowledgeable about the correct battery and explained the way it was made and how it worked. I noticed they also offered jump starters. I requested information on one of them and she informed me it was too much battery for my car. It was a battery more suitable for a truck (I have a sedan) and cost prohibitive for my model. She suggested an alternative jumper at a more reasonable price and explained how it works and its benefits. AND they sell double A lithium batteries!
