“Brought my dog in for a grooming and I absolutely love Jazz! She fit me in for a full groom without an appointment even though it's the holidays and I'm sure she was busy. I was a little nervous when she called and said my dog was ready early but she made him look like a cute little teddy bear!! She was quick but efficient!I will definitely be coming back regularly!”

“Yesterday I stopped into Tractor Supply, probably about 5:45 to get my dogs a couple of toys and I noticed that there were a few suspicious men in the store staring and almost following me. I am a young and what I would consider an attractive girl so I got worried that these men had bad intentions. I told the 2 cashiers that I was going to wait inside until they left because I felt uncomfortable. One of them acknowledged that these men were strange and the other one (I did not catch his name) was nice enough to walk me to my car to make sure I got there safely. This a kind and very appreciated gesture!”

“I'm 34 years old. On my 7th birthday I adopted my dog April (then known as Chloe), a black lab / Brittany mix, from Lollypop Farm. April was a young puppy at the time and lived 14 years from the date of her adoption. She quickly became my best friend. In fact, at some times during my childhood, she was my only source of comfort.One of my favourite memories is how she would walk down the hallway every night, stopping in every bedroom of the house to make sure every member of the family was okay before walking back to her crate to go back to sleep. To this day, I have never met a better dog.Thank you for making that possible, and I'm glad to see that you're able to continue that mission all these years later! “I have always had positive experiences here. Between Shelly (Red-eared slider turtle), Rudy (parakeet), Ellie (guinea pig), & Dixie & Trixie (twin baby Robo hamsters), I'm in a pet shop at least 3 times/month. The store always seems neat and well-stocked. I have never encountered a dead anything here (not to say it dosen't happen; I've just never seen it), and the staff have always been helpful and almost always approach me to see if I need help. I rarely need to seek an employee to help me. My two Akitas, Black Lab, German Shorthair Pointer, Black Lab/Coonhound and cats have all sadly passed away, and I don't bring any of my current pets in pet stores. However, I never brought my dog(s) in the car when it was over 65° outsidr, even when the air conditioning (like here) was really good. That said, whenever I was in a Petco, both here and in Pittsburgh, on the rare occasion I brought a dog(s) with me, the staff always greeted me and my pets. I don't know if they still do, but back in the day they used to give my dogs treats at the cash register which was a nice touch. Sometimes the employees are stocking shelves, but never have I had anyone make me wait. It's so annoying when you go in a store and the employees finish what they're doing while you stand there waiting. The aisles are well-labeled and wide, there's signs on the floor where to stand, and all the employees wear masks and make sure all customers do, too. I like the current promotion, where you can buy online and pick up in store and get an extra 10% off before tax. The majority of the time my order is ready in less than an hour. They still offer curbside pick up. Just have I.D. ready. I also like that if there is 2 or 3 people in line, the cashier calls for another cashier to open. Another nice thing is the store is well- air-conditioned, and their hand sanitizer stations are always full. Also, their grooming salon is up front near the check out (no dragging your pet through the store). Finally, if you find something online, they are happy to price match it in the store. That alone always makes me happy. Well, that and good a/c.”

“I’ve used this store for ages because it’s right around the corner from me. We had a family member unexpectedly go into the hospital, & in the chaos, we ran out of dog food. I placed a curbside order to be able to grab on my way home, but due to some unexpected updates at the hospital, I left later than planned. I was crossing my fingers I could make it prior to 6:00 to avoid having to go to a different pet store in Victor for our dogs food. I ended up arriving at the store right at 5:59. (Closing at 6:00). I absolutely *hated* being that person, but it had been a rough week. I didn’t grab a name, but the younger guy working was so kind and compassionate bringing my order out to me right at 6:00. I apologized up and down for being that person, and he was so kind. Having worked retail prior, I know how much you want to close up right on time. This week just got the best of us, and having such a friendly face after a tough day was much appreciated. If you can find out who was locking up at 6:00, please thank him for me! I didn’t want to go into all the details with him, but his kindness was the highlight of a very rough week.”
