NYS has got to do better! You cannot get a live person in your Schenectady NY office and the appointment link on the NYS website does not give you the Schenectady branch as an option!!I really wish the NEWS media would do a Special Report about the NYS Lottery Claim Centers inaccessibility to the public!!!
