“I like the people in this store. When I need printing/faxing services, so Amazon returns or just have general questions about inventory, a team member is available. I appreciate customer service and will always return to this store for that reason.”
“Who rates a UPS Store? Apparently me, now... Going to UPS is usually the errand you do while emotionally bracing yourself.
Not here... It's dare I say a genuinely pleasant experience. I've shipped packages, printed, made copies, the whole nine, and every single time the people working here are just genuinely lovely. Fast and actually nice. It's kind of bizarre?
Case in point: I emailed over some files to print ahead of time. They weren't ready when I got there, so I waited about five minutes. A little annoying, sure, but not exactly a tragedy. When they finished, the guy handed them over, apologized for the wait, and said no charge. NO CHARGE.
Any time I need something printed or shipped, this is where I'm going. The bar for UPS was in the basement and these folks pole-vaulted over it.”
“I love the employee's that work there. So friendly and kind!! The place is clean. I moved here a year ago from Oregon. The post office where I came from, the employee's were rude and not friendly at all!!!”
“I've been using the Hurley Post Office since 2004. The staff is wonderful. Extremely friendly. They *remember* you. They cater to you, knowing the difficulties of not getting home mail delivery and try to make it as smooth as possible. Truly excellent service run by excellent people. The place is always very well stocked and we've had so few issues over the years, I'll just say "no complaints". :)”
“I shipped four Law textbooks which i was finished using after completing of the semester. I used FedEx located in Walgreens in uptown Kingston. The textbook buyer, Bookrun, received my textbooks within only a few days and payment for my textbooks was loaded onto my debit card that very day. FedEx was very helpful, assisted me in securely packaging the textbooks and I was able to buy the perfect size shipping box for all four books easily in the Walgreens Stationary Isle. I will use thus FedEx located again as it is convenient, fast and the staff are helpful. I also received daily FedEx updates via email and text regarding the status of my shipment. This will be a great resource for shipping Christmas/Birthday gifts, when selling items on Facebook Marketplace or through other online buy and sell groups and, definitely, to sell back my textbooks upon completing Fall Semester. Definitely recommend.”
“I needed 30 rolls of first class stamps for a large mailing. I went to the other Kingston Post Office and they were out of rolls, so I decided to give this one a shot. The 2 clerks were both very friendly and helpful, plus they had exacatly what I needed. Great job!”
“This is a real true hometown Post Office. There is a free book exchange in the entry where one can drop books or get them. The old architecture inside is amazing, and the most charming part, besides the postmaster, is the wall where children's heights are measured across time. What a sweet small heartwarming place. Thank you”
“Post office workers were nice and the facilities were clean, but an old lady customer stole my brand new packing tape while my back was turned. I know it was an old lady because there were only two of us in the post office when it happened. I just wanted to note that I'm very disappointed in her, in the off chance she sees this review.”
“Always polite and helpful. In addition, Will the post master went above and beyond to help me with an issue that wasn't technically his responsibility. Super helpful and responsive.”
“Does not seem like a normal post office. I thought I was in another country. The postmaster Cynthia was extra helpful. Unlike rude NYC post offices. She even had candy and lollypops on the counter for customers. I have never been to a more friendly post office. I wish everyone was like this. I'll bet that this is the only post office with a 5 star rating.”
“Chris provides excellent service at a highly competitive price. My item was exceptionally well packed, shipped promptly, and arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Chris’s services and will definitely use him again for future shipping needs.”
“I am not a fan of the parking lot but I find this to be a very good Post Office. Surprised some people dislike it so much. Never had a bad experience there myself.”

“Gus helped me with my passport today and it was as easy and delightful an experience as I hoped it would be. Definitely my go to post office in the area from now on.”
“This is easily the best post office in the area. The woman who usually works here is exceptional. She is kind, patient, and consistently willing to go out of her way to accommodate each customer’s individual needs.
I’ve personally witnessed people act impatient, entitled, and outright rude toward her, as if their time somehow matters more than everyone else’s. Despite that, she remains calm, professional, and unfailingly courteous.
Any negative reviews here say far more about the behavior of the customers who wrote them than about the quality of service provided.”
“I use this post office 3-4 times a week in order to ship packages for my Etsy shop. The postal clerks there are always friendly, professional, knowledgable and efficient. On the rare occasion I need help tracking a package, they're very helpful. The USPS helps make my business successful, and I really appreciate their service.”

“If I could give them a minus I would. Starting with the manager who I spoke with regarding packages not being delivered to my apt and sadly the people in the villas are not honest to return package. Anyways I had multiple packages that I lost therefore I lost money. It's been more than a week still waiting for Brandon to call me so I have to loose another morning of work to go and find out where the incompetent post man is delivering my packages . These are the worst people I had ever dealt with. Either they need to hire people that take pride on what they do and actually be careful in reading the address correctly unlike the current employees attention span is 0. Or retrain everyone that delivers.BTW this is the one at Cornell st”
“Ted was extremely helpful. He went above to help me get forms that I needed for DMV and saved me a trip. The service was wonderful and couldn’t recommend him enough.”
