“Everyone has expectations when they go to either the Dealer or Commercial shops when they need car repairs. Usually its a very big place, with a waiting area and/or lounge. We would wait and wait until we are called by number or name just to be told “ your vehicle is ready and please pay the bill at the cashier” then you are on your way.I admit I was one of those people until I came here and met Joseph and his team. At first look I was guilty of judging a book by it’s cover. It looked like every local mechanic shop, nothing too fancy or brag about.But what was a refreshing surprise was how personable and attentive the owner was. He took the time out to actually greet me, asked how he can help and was upfront about pricing.Once pricing was agreed upon he has you meet the team member that will be servicing your car. They are very professional and always willing to answer any question you do have.It’s this quality of service that makes you want to return to them (should it be needed) over and over again. They don’t over charge to maintain the look of a fancy garage. They charge fairly to make it affordable for their clients and in the same time making sure the staff and overhead are taken care of. So I guess at the end, its the care for the individual and their needs that makes me go back everytime.If you ever need repairs for your vehicle give this place a try, ask for Joseph.
