Receptionists taking personal calls while waiting on line is not a good look. Older women would be expected to understand this

The receptionists on the main floor lack ppl skills and are very inhumane, they turned my 1 year old who was having an allergic reaction away because I didn’t have my insurance card on hand .Mind you this is my primary doctors office . I was told to go to the emergency room .
