“Right before Memorial Day weekend, my cat came down with a high fever, lethargy, and was not eating. My cat's primary vet at the time, would not see her until the following day, and Steinway Court Vet managed to see her as a new patient in such short amount of time, same day. Dr. Ordas was incredibly patient and kind. My cat's case was mysterious and required a bit of testing over a couple weeks to get to where we are now. While not every test was performed here, Dr. Ordas recommended and guided me every step of the way. At one point, the Vet called me after hours to check in and recommend treatment. Always checking in. The staff as well! Can't recommend this vet enough!
We're a couple weeks into her new treatment and I'm excited to say she's doing so well. We've returned to a sense of normalcy and I am a customer here for life.”
“My dogs have been seeing Dr. Julie Andino for over 17 years. We followed her from another vet’s office. Besides being an excellent veterinarian, she is very caring and loves the pets she cares for. She recently saw us through a tough time when we had to make the terrible decision to put our dogs down due to old age and illness. She was supportive and compassionate throughout this difficult time for our family. She cried with us. I am happy to say that we are back with our new dog, Mabel. The staff at VCG-Glen Oaks is kind and friendly. The office is always immaculate. All calls are responded to quickly. I highly recommend VCG-Glen Oaks.”
“I never write reviews but this one is necessary! Dr. Pozo is truly a gem, she’s so warm and gracious and puts you right at ease! She squeezed me in to see my two newly adopted cats when I found out one of them was given to me sick. She examined them both and prescribed medicine, taking the time to teach me how to administer and tips on how to keep the cats calm and how to prevent myself from getting scratched! She has since been very kind to answer all my follow up worry some questions and has also taken care of my dog. If you’ve been searching for a vet, I highly recommend you put your trust in Dr. Pozo!”

“Dr. Jeong is wonderful! He is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely takes the time to explain everything. I could honestly listen to him talk about my dog forever.
I originally visited specifically for my dog’s health certificate, and Dr. Jeong was incredibly helpful in walking me through the entire process. He explained everything so clearly that, for the first time, I felt like I truly understood what was required and why.
Even though I was only there for the health certificate, Dr. Jeong also took the time to discuss my dog’s overall health and answer my questions. I genuinely enjoyed the visit so much that the one-hour trip from Brooklyn felt completely worth it.
It’s rare to leave a vet appointment feeling both informed and genuinely happy with the experience. I’m so glad I found Dr. Jeong and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and approachable veterinarian.”

“I want to share that I had a good experience with North Shore Animal Hospital. I had to go on vacation for 12 days and I had to leave my two fur babies which are two cats for those 12 days. I picked up my babies last Sunday and I have to say both my cats are in good spirits. They’re happy they look like they were well cared for in the facility. I just want to express and share with others that I had a great experience with the boarding I will recommend them and I will continue to take my babies there every time I have to go on vacation because I feel comfortable and I trust them they did an excellent job.”
“This was our first visit to Bellerose and the person who referred me couldn’t have described the service more accurately. They were extremely friendly, an inviting atmosphere and the bed manner from James and Dr Hernandez was incredible. They were informative, thorough and helped ensure Rosie was in good hands. I don't even like him. I avoid dealing with him whenever possible. That being said, I exclude him from the 5 stars because I've been bringing numerous dogs and cats to Petcare for probably close to 20 years and I recommend them very highly. Just not the new Dr. Biederman.”

“This review is out of my personal experience. To me St Mina is probably one of the best animal clinics. I have been bringing my Loki here for 2 years and have never had a complaint not once. The staff is amazingly superb. They're caring and receptive to the needs of the fur baby. They take their time explaining everything and you can ask as many questions as you like and you will get an honest answer. They're not highly priced like other animal clinics are. The wait time is fairly short but of course the most critical need to come first.
They explain the type of test that are needed and why and the cost as well. They also let you know which test you can hold off on. But it is crucial if your fur baby needs blood work please get the blood work it says a lot about what is wrong with the fur baby. I brought my Loki to Blue Pearl Sunday night and had a horrible experience and got no answers just to have to rush Loki to St Mina first thing in the morning as soon as they opened. They took Loki right away asked some questions called Blue Pearl but they were useless they said the vet was still making his notes. From the night before I highly doubt it. They probably knew something was wrong didn't want to tell me. At St Mina they took blood work and an X-ray got the results right away and pin pointed what was wrong.
To the whole entire staff at St Mina you guys are great and I don't think you get enough praise for the caring compassionate treatment you provide to fur babies of all kinds. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. GOD BLESS all you.
