“I had to call twice a week for 3 weeks to get assurance the part had been delivered to the store. Not any fault of the store at all. Every time I called i was treated respectfully, and same thing when I could finally get the phone fixed. Staff was polite, repair was done in a timely manner. “I have an LG Stylos 5 and I needed it fixed right away because people couldn't hear me when I called but I could hear them just fine. So I took it too Cellaxs at Market Place mall and the dude there hooked me up. I found out I had a faulty microphone installed in my phone when I had it repaired at a different shop regarding my charge port. Anyway, the guy at Cellaxs had my phone fixed within the hour no problem and told me exactly what the issue was and hooked me up with a screen protector for a low price. Don't know if this is for everyone but they definitely deliver on what they claim. Cheers!”
