“Everyone is amazing at the center. They treat you with respect and dignity, and go well above and beyond in treating your needs. I highly recommend them. The doctors and staff are caring and very thorough in diagnosing and treating their patients. I miss going there as I have commercial insurance now. They will all truly hold a special place in my heart forever.”

“I hope the ppl who complain know when the receptionist answers your call, as soon as they type in your name and birthdate, there's notes about what kind of patient you are when you call - nasty and rude, or polite and friendly. You hear hold music, but the receptionist hears you complaining to yourself or someone else in the room. The more friendly you are to the front desk staff, you will receive the same back. All the front desk can do is send the request for a call-back. It's out of their hands after that. They aren't aware when/if the call-back was made. No point in being nasty w/ them. They answer calls, direct them where they need to go, and sometimes make urgent same day appointments. That's it!Since COVID - the triage nurse calls are NOT answered by a nurse at Parkway anymore, they're answered by RGH call center. Parkway has no control over when they're answered. The only way to get a response from someone at Parkway is through MyCare patient portal because you send them to your PCP's staff directly. Do NOT use MyCare as a substitute to get an appointment if you need to be seen same day, or you need a response same day. I have never had a MyCare message go unanswered more than two days. You can see when it was read by staff - usually same day. If your response requires a call back and you haven't gotten it by late the next day, call first thing in the morning. There's a sign in the office which clearly states if you've been waiting more than 15 minutes - ask the receptionist why. Since I've been a patient here (I was w/ Dr. Algarin since 2017), and now w/ new provider Dr. Loeb (since July 2022 - whom I also really like, Gen X not ever having a male PCP), I have never ever waited more than 15 minutes. The best times to make an appointment are 1st appointment at 8:50am or the first appointment after lunch. Those are the only appointment times you can guarantee no one is scheduled ahead of you.”
