Always late picking up and dropping off! It’s unacceptable: thru should be happy with the 1 star rating I gave them; I would go the lowest possible…. Half star or even no star if possible. Horrible timo for pick ups n drop offs!!!!!!

I love this company is thee best driving medical Transportacion that has my 5++ star lol the lady's on the phone are so polite and carding ,very profesional and over all they are very reliable I hope they get the best servise award from the whole Rochester region this year I love y'all guys

Randy was on time, courteous, professional, helpful and friendly!! The Lady Dispatchers get rave reviews as well. I asked for a receipt for my ride and received one. Thank You!!
