“I bought my latest car this past weekend with the help of two associates at this location! I started the process with one over the phone, and when I arrived, I was greeted by someone who matched my family and me with the best car option ever. We received a warm greeting once we arrived, and the manager and assistant manager took time to greet us throughout the journey. The assistant manager, Tricia, is the GOAT of the facility, and she stated, “I will never Leave Enterprise” catchphrase. Both Issac and Tricia took the time to review every need not only my wife and I had but also my son and our family dog, who were absent. The experience became well-rounded when Issac and Tricia informed me that I could return my rental at the car sales location because it was also an enterprise location – TALK ABOUT SERVICE! I am the only driver in my family; therefore, once we started signing the official paperwork for our newest member, the logistics of getting home became relatively easy, but Issac put those fears to rest and checked the rental back into the system for us. My wife and I learned so much from our few hours at the facility. Five-star All-around for Enterprise Car Sales of Larchmont from the P. Family!”
