“Dione walked me through the steps and what was involved with getting quotes on home owners and car insurance to completing the paper work for both once my decision was made. Dione was patient with me while I transitioned from my old company to State Farm insurance. Thank you for the information and great customer service!”

“Fantastic office! Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Always has an answer ready or knows someone who does. Now I'm on first name basis with most of the staff. Wish I could give more stars.”

“Just bought a home in Saratoga Springs on the lake and I needed Home & Flood insurance, googled and found Nick at Cote.Nick is excellent to work with, easy going, nice personality! Highly recommend!”
“Customer service like you have never experienced before! We recently purchased a new home and switched auto policies; I simply cannot say enough good things about Mike and his team. They are diamonds in the rough. Whether it was answering each and every question--no matter how simple--with patience and detail, or hustling to meet an unexpected late-afternoon deadline, Mike exceeded our wildest expectations of an insurance experience. You would be hard-pressed to find a more responsive, knowledgeable, and downright kind person to work with. Highly recommend to any and all who want a high-quality insurance experience, with service that makes you feel like you are always their top priority.”

“Stopped in today to get help planning a Fall car trip to see the New England foliage. The staff member who assisted me was pleasant and helpful. That has been the case whenever I have needed assistance. And the office location is very convenient.”
