My husband and I took my Dad here while he was visiting from out of town and we were very impressed! I had the lemon artichoke pasta and would highly recommend- the ingredients are very high quality and our server was wonderful. Will definitely be back!

The food is wonderful. The waitstaff was young and a bit inexperienced, but it did not put a damper on the meal. I would recommend Taverna Novo if your in Saratoga and want good Italian food.
