Fluid Power Barre is a dynamic, no impact, 60 minute mind-body blast! It combines elements of Pilates, yoga, dance and strength training to deliver transformational results. With a concentration on optimally deep core conditioning, healthy alignment, and positioning, you will improve posture and flexibility while toning and defining your entire body. Small, targeted, and uniquely challenging moves will lift your backside, sculpt your thighs, and slim your waistline. Beautifully interspersed stretches encourage the dancer’s aesthetic of long lean lines, and more freedom of movement. With up-beat motivating music, you can get in your zone and have fun.
