“My Kohler faucet head broke so I called and spoke to Linda. She said that Kohler would replace the faucet head at no cost. She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way.I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. She took time out of her day to help me even though they would not make a penny on this outcome. Thanks again Linda!”

“There is something to be said for local shops. I bought the wrong paint and James and Vicky were so accommodating and friendly and helped me out in the return of a custom paint. While we were doing the return and processing the new paint, we shot the breeze and got to know each other. Ill go here first for any home needs I have for the next 20 years. People make a company. And all customers want these days is a sense of community and nice people to talk to. A nice chat and friendly smiles reminded me of why I love living here. “I ordered 2 oval matte black closet rods after measuring the distance between the walls myself and when they arrived one was a bit short. (They ask you to measure exact distance between the walls and they'll send the correct length rod) Unfortunately I was off by 1/4" (walls are not plumb) and that meant I got the wrong size rod. I called and they told me they would send another rod whatever length I wanted as long as I paid shipping. I thought that was very fair and the new rod arrived 2 days later and fits perfectly.”

The bikes seem like they're brand new or perfectly maintained, they don't have gears but you honestly don't need them because everything is so flat, you backpedal to break. Bike lock is included in the rental and pickup and drop off we're seamless. Highly recommend if you're going to be out in FI, we biked everywhere”

“A large store with plenty choose from. Black Friday deals are still available for the handy person in your life. Checkout was fast and friendly. They also offer lockers for online orders which is a convenient option for smaller items. Plenty of parking and their are other stores in the center.”

“Usually we shop at a Home Depot closer to home, but whenever our local store doesn't have an item in stock, this location usually does. The store is clean and the staff is extremely helpful without being condescending. (as a woman, I often find this not to be the case at other Home Depot locations). Specifically Jay and Sal were very helpful. Other employees we walked past either asked us if we needed help or just pleasantly greeted us.”

“I order some specialized hardware from Guden (Camloc cam-stays). I was incredibly annoyed with Guden's order flow process. Guden doesn't provide estimated shipping costs until after you submit your order and they process it, so you're kind of at the mercy of whatever shipping costs they tally up after you click all of the "I acknowledge" and "I agree" boxes....My order was for 6 units for around $60 and when I got the order confirmation my total was $140. I had researched and selected the cheapest shipping method possible of the available shipping methods they listed. I believe it was FedEx Ground....and with another competitor vendor that DID provide shipping estimates, I was expecting a charge of around $11. But I was charged over $70 for shipping. Apparently, my shipping method was changed in error to FedEx 2nd Day Air for $70+.I reached out to Guden support very annoyed and they acknowledged their error and provided excellent customer support and gave me a refund to my CC for the difference in my originally selected shipping method and the 2nd Day Air cost. So they ate the cost and provided great customer service.Other than the strange lack of shipping estimates/costs during checkout, great company to work with!”
