She knows the industry and how the insurance system works…even the shortcomings of them.I had an issue with a regular prescription (monthly) and for some reason, it was not going through insurance this time. Insurance company had some screwup internally…and was yet to be sorted, but I was out of meds. She was able to get me through a few days while insurance nonsense was resolved.Nothing against CVS/Walgreens but Wegman’s wins with this department…even if their hot bar is $15.99/pound. ??”

“I can not say enough great things about this business. I live in North Rockland. My pharmacy was having a problem getting a medication that I'm taking. So, I called the prescription center. They told me they had it. I got in touch with my doctor. He sent the script to them immediately. I called up. Spoke to the pharmacist. He was a major help. I asked if they delivered. He said yes. The next day, the driver came with my prescription. The prescription was in refrigerated bags. I asked if I was the farthest they delivered to. He said no. He said he delivers to Putnam and Orange and Dutchess counties as well. All I could say is that I highly recommend this place. Highly.”

I've been going to CVS for years but they have had a hard time filling my scripts lately and their text message system is barely accurate, so my doc recommended Haas. So thankful she did! I had no idea how much I was missing that personalized experience. The pharmacist is funny and helpful and just really down to earth. He called my docs directly to make changes or clarifications and they had some items in stock that have been on backorder at other pharmacies for months. They have a great system that sends texts for updates and when scripts are ready, and allows you to pay right through the link before picking up. The drive thru and convenience store aspects are also pluses. So happy to finally have a great local pharmacy!”
